MACI ED-Support is one of our many ways of responding to the educational related issues at the advent of #COVID19, especially for low-income children. Due to the lockdown and other safety measures, many learners have not been able to partake in the wave of virtual learning which has become the new normal.
We believe that despite the closure of schools, learning should not stop for all children irrespective of their socioeconomic background.

Therefore, we want to support both learners and teachers by providing them with internet access for learning for a month.

There are two categories of applicants:

• TEACHERS: Teachers who can have access to 5 or more children within their community, and would provide coordinated daily classes for them on either WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, or even through text messages. A group of teachers can come together to do this. Data will be provided for both teachers and learners.
•  INDEPENDENT LEARNERS: Learners who have no teacher can apply as an independent learner. We would provide the learning group and data for learning.
